What we will be doing once we receive your initial questionnaire:

  2. Gather further information from you if needed

  3. Guide you to your next step

What we will need you to do:

  1. Stay in touch with us every three days and let us know how you are doing

  2. Fill out the Daily Journal

  3. Rate yourself on the 1-10 scale daily for anxiety, sleep, fatigue or what other side effects you may have

  4. Send us the information regularly

What we will do based on the information provided by you: 

  1. Work with you to adjust a nutritional supplement if needed to handle existing side effects

  2. When it is time to lower the medication we will work closely with you on adjustments to supplements as needed to help avoid withdrawal side effects

  3. Once you are off all medication we will stay in contact with you until you tell us, “you know you have made it!”
